Toyota issues voluntary recalls on Lexus and Highlander Hybrids

September 4, 2013 – Toyota has issued a worldwide recall on 369,000 vehicles. According to the carmaker, the voluntary safety recall affects approximately 200,000 hybrid SUV models.
