July 8, 2013 – Pentair Thermal Management (formerly known as Tyco Thermal Controls) released version 2.5 of DigiTrace Supervisor (DTS) software, which is an integrated configuration and monitoring software for electric heat trace systems. This version is fully compatible with Pentair’s DigiTrace advanced control systems, including full support for the NGC-40 using RMMs, and enhanced support for the NGC-30 UIT using PLI devices. DTS now includes networking and full multi-user capabilities for up to four users, says the company, and enables electric heat-tracing (EHT) system information to be accessed and managed remotely. Version 2.5 includes a common alarm and 16 user-defined remote outputs to allow greater customization of alarms, says Pentair, as well as data logging and trending, batch and recipe processing, and the ability to schedule events.
