Sainte-Adèle, QC – The oldest industry-specific sports tournament in North America takes place June 14-16, 2013, at Hotel Mont-Gabriel in Sainte-Adèle, QC. Those interested in attending the golf and networking event for Quebec’s bearing and power transmission industry are asked to confirm their attendance before May 30. The event is open to distributors, agents and manufacturers.

The organizing group is requesting assistance with the donation of cash prizes and/or gifts (cash prizes are being encouraged).

Ticket prices are as follows: Golf (includes cart, water bottle and free practice balls) – $65.00; Golf with dinner for non-hotel guests is $130.00; dinner only for non-hotel guests is $65.00. Two hotel packages are available. Option 1, for accommodation from Friday to Sunday, including a breakfast and a brunch, the banquet dinner and two cocktails per person, is $400 plus tax for double occupancy. A single is $319. The weekend opens with a Getting Re-Acquanted reception on Friday. On Saturday morning, there is a 7 a.m. tennis competition, with the golf tournament tee times beginning at 8 a.m. and every 10 minutes thereafter. A ladies putting contest takes place at 9 a.m. Saturday’s cocktail party, dinner and award presentations begin at 6:15 p.m. A brunch is available on Sunday, marking the conclusion of the weekend event.
