Waterloo, ON – The Ontario Chapter of the Electrical Apparatus Service Association (EASA) has planned its spring meeting for May 3-4, 2013, at the Courtyard Marriot in Waterloo, ON.

Known as a refreshingly genuine area to visit, the Waterloo Region, west of Toronto and within an hour and a half of Niagara Falls, is renowned for Canada’s largest year-round Farmers Market and the charming Village of St Jacobs. It’s also home to a population of about 4,000 Old Order Mennonites, who farm the surrounding countryside.

The agenda for the meeting includes a hospitality suite on Friday, May 3, at 8 p.m. On Saturday, May 4, the business meeting begins at 9 a.m. There also is a technical seminar on Diagnalysis. William Pryszlak will present a short course on balance tolerance distribution, transposition of rotor unbalance and the influence of the key. Saturday afternoon is free for exploring the area. At 6 p.m., there’s a catered dinner and Yuk Yuks Comedy entertainment.
