Mt. Prospect, IL – NTN Bearing Corp. of America (NBCA) has promoted Pete Eich to executive officer of NTN Corp., Osaka, Japan, and deputy general director of the Americas Region. Eich will also retain the title of president, NTN Bearing Corp. of America.

In his new role, he will oversee NTN’s sales operations for the entire Americas region, including the United States, Canada, Mexico and Central America. In addition, he has been appointed to the level of executive officer, the first American to attain that level.

A 30-year veteran of NTN, Eich began his career at NTN as an applications engineer, and has had roles of increasing responsibility, including vice-president of industrial engineering and vice president of industrial OEM sales, before his promotion to president of NTN Bearing Corp. of America in 2006.

He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
