Charlotte, NC — Michael Nisenbaum has joined Carlisle Transportation Products Inc. as director of sales and marketing – industrial distribution. Nisenbaum graduated from Indiana University and has over 20 years of sales and operations management experience in the industrial distribution marketplace.
Carlisle Transportation Products is a new operating division of Carlisle Companies Inc., Charlottte, NC, that was created in February 2011. CTP is the combination of the former Carlisle Tire & Wheel and Carlisle Power Transmission businesses and is a worldwide supplier of industrial belts, specialty tires and wheels.
Most recently Nisenbaum was president of Peer Chain Company of Waukegan, IL. His career includes various senior roles at U.S. Tsubaki. Nisenbaum has also served in leadership roles for several industry organizations. He will now focus on the strategic implementation of sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth of Carlisle’s power transmission (PT) product line.
