“I want to help companies align their actions with their vision and achieve their corporate goals,” said Harrington. “This is the mission of CS Consulting.”

Pamela Kan, president of Bishop-Wisecarver, said that Harrington will be retained as a consultant, as well as continue to serve on the board of directors at Bishop-Wisecarver. Harrington will be engaged in several key strategic projects — one as a contributing member on the recently developed Bishop-Wisecarver Advisory Board, beginning in February 2010.

“I am pleased that the company will continue our relationship with Ray,” said Kan, “He has made a valuable contribution to the company by emphasizing a focus on the needs of our customers, strengthening our alliances and expanding our international business.”

“As Bishop-Wisecarver celebrates 60 years of successful operation, I am excited to maintain my involvement in the formation of the future vision and supporting strategies to guarantee success over the long term,” Harrington added.
