Cooperstown, ND — Posi Lock Puller has made a number of appointments and organizational changes. Paul Dent has been named president of sales. With 28 years of management experience in both distribution and manufacturing, he has worked in England, Canada and the United States. Dent has actively served on several committees of the Power Transmission Distributors Associatin (PTDA).


Jo Anderson joined Posi Lock in sales and customer service. Also, Meggan Sletten joined the company in production and assembly.

Coupled with the addition of Jo and Meggan, we have not only put ourselves in a position that accommodates for growth, but affords us the opportunity to implement needed organizational changes.”


Tamara Somerville, former director of sales has been appointed as president of global initiatives and strategic alliances. She will also continue her role as corporate vice-president. “Tamara’s dedication to the global marketplace has been instrumental to Posi Lock’s growth,” said Somerville.


Teri Huso, former marketing manager, has accepted the position as director of marketing initiatives. Lori Fetting has been named sales team coordinator and will continue her role as employee relations advisor.


Posi Lock was founded in 1978 by Dean and Peggy Somerville. A family enterprise, the Posi Lock group of businesses includes Dynamics Marketing Inc. and PL Manufacturing. Today, their daughter Stacy is president of Dynamics Marketing Inc., which provides marketing solutions for clients. Daughter Tamara was recently promoted to president of global initiatives and strategic alliances, while son Cristofer is president of PL Manufacturing, a state-of-the-art machine shop. All of these companies work in harmony with each other.
