Mississauga, ON — Sun Hydraulics Corporation, Sarasota, FL, and Lynch Fluid Controls Inc., Mississauga, ON, are donating advanced electro-proportional flow control valves and components to the University of Waterloo, Department of Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering, Fluid Power Control Systems Lab classes. U of W is located in Waterloo, ON.
“This is a great opportunity for students in the lab to get hands-on exposure to proportional flow control valves, electrical components, and cartridge-type valves. These added components will prove to be important additions in the lab,” comments assistant professor Dr. Ehsan Toyserkani. This is the second donation by Lynch Fluid Controls to the department.
Sun Hydraulics and Lynch Fluid Controls continue to work further in expanding any fluid power applications at the University of Waterloo.
Sun Hydraulics is a designer and manufacturer of high performance screw-in hydraulic cartridge valves and manifolds which control force, speed and motion as integral components in fluid power systems.
Lynch Fluid Controls is dedicated to designing, manufacturing and distributing fluid power, hydraulic and pneumatic components. Celebrating 21 years of business, the company uses Sun Hydraulics valves in its manifold valve packs.
