Fulton, IL — Drives, Inc. has made three recent appointments of regional managers. Russ Chapman has joined the company as regional manager, focused on the southern U.S.A. states of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi and Louisiana. Chris Swenson is now regional manager for Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia and Florida. David Holcomb is regional manager for West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Kentucky.
Chapman left Dodge Reliance in 1998 as a senior sales engineer to join FAG Bearing Corporation. After six years with FAG, he left for the position of regional sales manager with Sumitomo Drive Technologies. Swenson has been involved in the power transmission industry for over 30 years. His time in the industry has been spent working for industrial distributors as well as serving as a manufacturers representative. Holcomb has been involved in the power transmission industry for 15 years, including 12 years with Ramsey Chain as a sales manager.
Drives, Inc. is a U.S. producer of power transmission chains, conveyor chains, and screw conveyor products. It has service centres in Houston, Tex.; Sparks, Nev.; Denver, Col.; Crossville, Tenn.; Toronto, Ont.; Newcastle, England; and Fulton, Ill.
