Toronto, ON –Those working in the maintenance field have an opportunity to network and learn from top industry professionals and research academics at the 2nd Annual International Maintenance Excellence Conference (IMEC), Nov. 1-3, 2006, in Toronto.
The opportunity to meet with colleagues and establish new contacts from a select group of internationally recognized leaders in maintenance excellence makes IMEC a high-quality conference, with broad representation, diverse coverage of topics, and immediate, practical benefits to attendees.
Building on the unqualified success of the first annual IMEC conference held in November 2005, IMEC 2006 is again being co-organized by the CBM Lab and the Professional Development Centre, both of the University of Toronto.
Speakers will present conference themes from two perspectives — professional maintenance practice and maintenance science research. IMEC has been designed to encourage dialogue between these two communities.
The two-day conference will be followed by one day of optional post-conference workshops. The conference will be held at 89 Chestnut, a University of Toronto facility, located in the heart of downtown Toronto.
