BSA fall meeting schedule includes sales training bonus

Glen Ellyn, IL — The Bearing Specialists Association’s 2006 Fall Meeting, Sept. 24-26, 2006, at the Doubletree Guest Suites Chicago-Downtown in Chicago, promises to be one of the most productive ever, according to the industry association.
Some of the topics BSA committees will discuss include the following.
– BSA’s Information Technology and Logistics Committee will have a presentation on establishing a benchmarking database from Bill Drumm of the Herbert Davis Company.
– The 2007 Convention Planning Committee will be finalizing plans for the 41st Annual Convention.
– The Distributor/Manufacturer Relations Committee will be finalizing the Top 10 List of How Authorized BSA Member Distributors Add Value.
– In addition, Joe Ellers (The Sales Guy) will be conducting a Sales Training for Managers class from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sept. 26. It’s an opportunity for sales and branch managers or training personnel of BSA members and participating manufacturers to gain the information they need to facilitate the training of their inside sales personnel using BSA’s new Counter/Inside Sales Training Program.
The compact schedule and accessible Chicago location encourage the participation of employees not available to attend other BSA events.
