Mississauga, ON — Del-Tech Automation of Prince George, B.C., has been acquired by Wainbee Limited, a national distributor of fluid power and automation components and systems.
As a result of this acquisition, Wainbee, which is headquartered in Mississauga, Ont., now has 16 locations coast-to-coast servicing customers from Vancouver to Halifax.

“Wainbee’s existing line-up of hydraulic, pneumatic, industrial tool, electrical motion and filtration products and services complement Del-Tech’s very well,” adds Rodger. “Our goal is to continue to provide the high level of customer service and product expertise that Del-Tech’s customers have come to expect, while adding additional products and services through Wainbee.”
