Las Vegas, NV — The Power Transmission Distributors Association (PTDA) acknowledged 77 member companies at its Industry Summit this week as part of the association’s Go for the Gold program.

PTDA’s Go for the Gold program encourages members to reinforce their standing as industry leaders, with employees, business partners and customers, by incorporating the PTDA logo into their own branding efforts.

Designed to be fun and easy to participate, the program recognizes five general categories of use: Stationary, operational materials, sales and marketing materials, electronic marketing and giveaways. Members can receive recognition for three levels of participation:

–Bronze — At least one application each in any two categories.
–Silver — At least one application each in any three categories.
–Gold — At least one application each in any four categories.

Forty-six member companies were recognized for reaching gold status, 21 members for reaching silver status, and 10 member companies for reaching bronze status.

Five member companies received special recognition for using the logo in at least one application in all five categories:

–Diamond Chain (Indianapolis, Ind.)
–Gates Corporation (Denver, Colo.)
–Jason Industrial (Dorval, Que.)
–Miller Bearings (Orlando, Fla.)
–NSK Canada Inc.(Mississauga, Ont.)
–Oilite Bearing Division, Beemer Precision (Fort Washington, Pa.)
–Peer Bearing & Chain Company (Waukegan, Ill.)
–Ruland Manufacturing Co., Inc. (Marlborough, Mass.)
