Morrisville, NC — Bijur Lubrication Group has upgraded its website, offering new benefits for those browsing www.bijur.com.
“Our aim is to provide people with a better way of finding information on our website,” said Scott Batchelor, North American marketing manager. “The new site is like an open, friendly, and welcoming door to our company, offering access to many of the sales and support tools we formerly had to send in the mail. It makes product research and purchasing much easier.”
An example of Bijur’s new, electronic customer service is the addition of brochures, data sheets, user’s manuals and service sheets, now available for download. In addition to links to these documents on the individual product pages, there is a stand-alone page that includes all of Bijur’s technical documentation.
Other improvements include easier navigation functions, a comprehensive distributor listing, simpler request form, improved access to UPS package tracking and visible links to Bijur sister companies.
“Today’s customer wants to find information quickly and easily. We want to establish ourselves as a leader in the information field, and we will continue to improve and add functionality to the Web site as we evolve,” said Batchelor.
