Ft. Lauderdale, FL — The Bearing Specialists Association (BSA) 2004 Annual Convention will be a gathering of industry leaders in the power transmission industry. The meeting, scheduled for April 24-27, 2004, at Marriott’s Harbor Beach Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., will feature a special Canadian event on April 24. Machinery & Equipment MRO will be at the event reporting on activities for the magazine’s June 2004 issue.
Convention planners have assembled a blockbuster business program featuring three well-known speakers, each addressing a different aspect of the Association’s business focus. They are Thomas J. Winninger on strategy, Jim Pancero on sales and sales management, and John Cassis on meeting the challenges of today’s high-pressure business environment.
In addition, Sten Malmstrom, president SKF USA, will return to the 2004 annual convention to offer an update from the American Bearing Manufacturers Association (ABMA). Attendees will also hear from a National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) speaker on continuing efforts to protect the future of manufacturing in the United States.
The convention schedule encourages attendees to maximize their participation with a host of informal networking opportunities.
