Walnut Creek, Calif.– Synergen Inc., a provider of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) solutions, has reported that North America’s leading water and wastewater treatment and services company, USFilter Operating Services, has gone “live” with its EAM and CMMS software solution.
The initial implementation includes four USFilter projects — Indianapolis Water and the wastewater treatment operations at Cranston, R.I., Oklahoma City and Lynn, Mass. The Synergen technologies will ultimately be rolled out to all USFilter projects — more than 280 in total.
Key to USFilter’s implementation of an overall asset management strategy has been the capability to streamline and reduce client costs through asset maximization. Synergen’s two-way GIS integration has provided the capability to track, assess and maintain all underground collection and distribution systems for the Cranston and Indianapolis Water projects
