Mississauga, ON — NTN Bearing Corp. of Canada is relocating its Canadian corporate head office to a new facility at the end of the year.

NTN has announced its pending move to a new larger facility. The new location is at 305 Courtneypark Drive West, Mississauga, Ont. The current facility is nearby at 6595 Ordan Drive.

The last day of business at the current location will be Weds. Dec. 24, 2003. On Mon. Jan. 5, 2004, the new location will open for business at 9:00 a.m.

The new facility is approximately one kilometre west of the existing site, and will provide additional expansion room as well as a more efficient layout for its state-of-the-art warehouse management system.

“The new distribution centre will be designed to support national distribution of all NTN products across Canada and will employ a new order selection system that will fill customer orders with high-tech speed, efficiency and accuracy,” said NTN Canada president Fred Hagino.

NTN Bearing Corporation started operations in Canada over 35 years ago, in 1968, at 1880 Kipling Rd. in Toronto. Throughout the late 1990’s, NTN continued to expand with the industry. “Today NTN has come to represent excellence in the manufacturing of quality bearings and constant velocity joints, and NTN Canada has positioned itself to remain a leader in this industry,” said Hagino.

NTN, founded in 1918, manufactures a wide range of ball and roller bearings, serving the automotive, industrial and recreational markets. NTN has production facilities in several countries throughout the world, including Germany, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, Canada and the United States.
