Aug. 17, 2001 — Columbus McKinnon Corp. of Amherst, N.Y., has been awarded a Grainger 2000 “Customer Focused Quality 1 Award.” W.W.Grainger, Inc. of Chicago, Ill., presents the CFQ1 award annually to suppliers who achieve excellence in several categories, including: cost improvement, delivery, overall commitment, product information, quality and responsiveness.
A designer and manufacturer of material handling products, Columbus McKinnon was one of a select group of suppliers recognized by Grainger, a North American supplier of MRO supplies.
