Mississauga, ON — June 14, 2001 — Fluke Electronics Canada has appointed Vince Casali as Service Manager for the Canadian Customer Support Service operations.
He is now responsible for Fluke Canada’s Calibration and Service organization, providing service and handling sales and marketing programs for the company’s compact, professional electronic test tools.
He joins Fluke from Camco Inc., a General Electric company that supplies home appliances to the consumer market, where he was a Master Black Belt leading a Six Sigma Quality Initiative, a process-improvement, defect-reduction methodology. Six Sigma uses data-based decision-making and goal-setting to improve the value in business transactions. Prior to joining Camco, Casali spent nine years with General Electric Canada, partly in its Instrumentation Services division.
He has an Electronics Engineering Technology diploma from Mohawk College of Applied Arts and Technology in Hamilton, Ont.
