announced that Duston Williams has joined its Board of Directors as
Audit Committee Chair.
Williams brings almost 30 years of financial experience to Stion¿s
board. He most recently held the position of Chief Financial Officer of
Infinera Corporation (INFN), a leading manufacturer of high-capacity
optical transmission equipment. In that role he oversaw all financial
activities, leading the company¿s $200 million IPO in June 2007 and a
$200 million secondary offering in October 2007. Previously, he was CFO
of Maxtor Corporation from 2004 until its 2006 acquisition by Seagate
Technology (STX).

technology companies makes him a valuable asset to Stion¿s board,¿ said

Stion recently announced a $70M Series D financing and has begun
expanding its San Jose, CA manufacturing facility to 100 MW. Stion¿s
