Launch of New Generation Heaters – Calaer Series Heaters a New Air Heater Designed by ReformTech

KISTA, Sweden, Oct. 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Today, ReformTech’s joint venture company CalTech is launching a new product line of automotive heaters – the Calaer Series of Air Heaters, and building a new global supplier of automotive heating solutions, the first in decades from Sweden. Certification testing of the products was finalized in the end of September and the products are now EU certified and CE marked, US certification will be made within October.

The new product line consists of Calaer – Air Heaters with all accessories needed for using and installing heaters easily. Calaer Air Heaters are attractive, competitive products and will be available in two sizes at beginning, 2 kW and 4 kW, both creating a pleasant temperature in cars, buses, boats and other vehicles. More sizes and options will be launched in the coming year, such as 20-25 kW bus heaters (currently developed by ReformTech for Volvo Bus and other Customers in EU and China), 10-12 kW truck heaters etc.

The Calaer 2/4 Air Heater Series from CalTech offers robust, reliable and quiet performance at an outstanding value. Calaer 2/4 are fuel operated heaters that provides heating ensuring a pleasant air temperature. The Calaer 2/4 heaters are designed for easy installation and service in automotive, commercial vehicle, RV, and marine applications. Operated by a step-less thermostatic controller or remote controllers the Calaer 2/4 ensures continuous heat to insure a pleasant cabin environment. Everything needed for installation is provided with your Calaer 2/4, perfectly adapted to your application. Upgrades with controllers and ducting kits are available.
