Chattanooga, TN – Creswell Richardson, a distributor of bearings, power transmission products, electrical components, automation control devices, packaging equipment and mechanical and electrical engineered solutions, has made some recent staff moves. These include moving Everett Ford and Justin Davis to inside sales; Anita Spandau to warehouse and shipping manager; and Lisa Swope to communications coordinator. As well, the company announced the hire of Justin Blanchard at IT manager.
The creation of the information technology (IT) position is part of significant and ongoing growth that started in January with the hire of chief operating officer and general manager Steve Lewis. CEO and president Rob Creswell said such expansion is part of the company’s mission to give customers more than they expect.
“I hope to bring what I have learned to Creswell Richardson, to help the company to grow as I continue to do so myself,” said Blanchard, who has several years’ experience in systems administration and IT management in southeast Georgia, from where he moved to join the Creswell team in Chattanooga.
“The demand for accurate and timely information along with the expansion of Creswell Richardson in the marketplace drove the search for an individual who has the key attitudes, aptitudes, and experience to manage our technology growth and improvement,” said Lewis. “Justin met all of these needs, and he and his family will be a tremendous addition to the Creswell family and the Chattanooga community.”
Tech Craft Automation and Creswell ETO Systems, providing customized electrical, power transmission and mechanical engineering solutions, also fall under the Creswell Richardson umbrella.
The company is a member owner of IDC-USA, a nationally-owned cooperative with a history of helping independent distributors to remain competitive on a national level within a free enterprise system.
