Canada's asset management certificate program heads to Berlin

Toronto − This coming May, the Centre for Maintenance Optimization and Reliability Engineering, University of Toronto, will be running its eight-day Asset Management Certificate program in Berlin, Germany, jointly with T.A. Cook Consulting. The program has been presented over the past 14 years in 11 countries, and with participants attending from more than 50 countries.

The content is a combination of fundamental need-to-know material and new ground-breaking ideas that are already showing great results in the field. Content covers a great range of topics, such as ISO 55000, managing cultural change, life cycle costing, reliability engineering, spare part management, quantitative risk assessment, enterprise asset management systems, developing asset management policy, strategies, plans, and many others that are assumed to be absolutely necessary for an asset manager.

Dr. Andrew Jardine and Dr. Ali Zuashkiani of U of T will be joined by several extremely knowledgeable speakers at the May 14-23, 2014, course.
