Toronto – A new tabletop trade show, MRO Expo, has been organized for April 23, 2014, by Machinery & Equipment MRO magazine, Canada’s leading trade publication for Canadian industrial maintenance and operations engineers and managers. The Expo, being held in conjunction with Plant Expo (sponsored by sister publication Plant Magazine) will showcase some of the country’s most innovative, practical, problem-solving industrial products.
The one-day event takes place at the Mississauga Convention Centre, and runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. It provides a forum where engineers, millwrights, maintenance technicians, maintenance managers, plant engineers and managers, and industry executives can meet, network and ‘kick the tires’ on the latest products and technologies.
Practical seminars from several exhibitors will be held throughout the day to provide insights into some of the products, services and technologies on display.
Registration is free and it is recommended that visitors sign up in advance, but walk-ins are welcome. The facility has free parking.
Win a great prize
There’s also a chance to win a free Samsung Galaxy 7” Tab 3 tablet computer. By having nine exhibitors stamp or sign your show passport before 3 p.m., you become eligible for the draw to win the prize, which will be presented at 3:30 p.m. on the show floor (you must be present to win).
Earlier in the day, at 11:45 a.m., we’ll draw the winner of the Early Bird Registration prize (for attendees who registered by March 31). The winner of an iPad Mini (16 Gb model) will be drawn from those present.
