Electrophysics’ HotShot thermography camera combines superior performance and ergonomic design in a low-cost, full-featured package. It is claimed to be the first thermography camera with an integrated data logger functionality and icon-based user interface. Designed for industrial inspection of high-voltage electrical systems, production machinery and buildings, the camera features a rotating thermal camera head that enables a proper perpendicular view of electrical and mechanical systems from floor level to overhead while maintaining an optimal display angle and hand position, even when operating in tight spaces. Also featured are a high-performance micro-bolometer infrared sensor, an easy-to-use joystick control and a 3.5-in. LCD touch screen with on-screen control buttons. The camera weighs just 1.8 lb and will run for four hours on a single charge.
