New app to provide better customer service for energy management firm


Mississauga, ON – As a part of its continuing efforts to provide world-class service, Schneider Electric, a global specialist in energy management, has announced the Canadian launch of Customer Care by Schneider Electric, a mobile application that puts 24/7 support at customers’ fingertips.

The new Customer Care by Schneider Electric app gives customers convenient access to expert support. With 24/7 online self-service features, in-depth information is available at all times. On top of that, the app makes it easier than ever to contact a Schneider Electric representative.

Customers can use the app to access FAQs and technical documentation for products via a quick search function or by scanning a QR code. They can also find technical courses and register products using the app. MySE registered customers in selected countries can find pricing and availability information as well as track orders.

When self-service isn’t enough, the app provides easy access to expert assistance. Customers can connect directly to a Customer Care Center via a one-touch interaction or via e-mail.

Designed for iOS and Android devices, the free app is available in 11 languages, including French, with plans to include other languages and functionalities in the future.
