Mississauga, ON – Tsubaki KabelSchlepp, a division of Tsubaki of Canada Ltd., Mississauga, ON, has launched a new and improved continuous flex cable program. The continuous-flex cables are in stock and available for immediate shipment. There are no minimum quantities or cutting costs and they can be delivered according to the customer’s specific requirements and application needs.

Tsubaki KabelSchlepp cable ranges are available in a wide variety of conductor counts, ranging from 4 through 25, to ensure there is a size for everyone. Each cable is produced with an outer PVC or PUR jacket, highlighted by a high-flex design and high abrasion resistance. All cables can also be ordered with or without shielding. There are even cables available for order that have been pre-assembled according to OEM standards.

To guarantee all continuous flex cables were produced with the quality that has come to be expected from Tsubaki KabelSchlepp products, the cables had to withstand rigorous testing. This testing included running the cables through millions of cycles, under different conditions in various applications and at various speeds. These cables not only met all applicable standards and directives, but also proved just how dependable and durable they are.

All cables are able to operate in Tsubaki KabelSchlepp’s wide range of dynamic cable and hose carrier systems. Tsubaki KabelSchlepp also offers a complete service solution with its TOTALTRAX turn-key systems. Tsubaki KableSchlepp can develop, design, and supply all components required for a customer’s individual cable and hose carrier system and will deliver it completely harnessed and ready to go, eliminating possible errors and downtime.
