Mississauga, ON — Boiler feeder pump maker KSB Pumps Inc. has appointed Gary Zeidler as its new national service manager for Canada. Hewill provide in-depth technical support and advice to new and established users of KSB equipment coast-to-coast. He also is able to design service-specific maintenance programs, provide support for maintenance overhauls and help to troubleshoot operational challenges.

“Modern high-performance feeding pumps are sophisticated pieces of equipment,” says Jens-Uwe Strunk, president and CEO of KSB in Canada. “They are highly engineered and manufactured to very close tolerances. When you start the pump for the first time, or even with a cold start, following the right procedures can ensure a long and trouble-free service life for the pump set.”

KSB Pumps Inc is a member of the KSB Group, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of pumps, valves and systems. KSB’s history dates back to 1871 in Germany, where the company’s global headquarters is still located. It has a global workforce of 12,476 employees. Its product portfolio consists of more than 3,000 different off-the-shelf pumps and valves, and thousands of engineered and customized solutions.
