Las Vegas, NV — A call for papers has been issued for the IFPE 2005 Technical Conference, seeking paper abstracts on innovations in the power transmission industry. Abstracts must be submitted by July 1, 2004.

International experts speaking in the IFPE Technical Conference’s technology and design program and its hydraulic fluids symposium will provide design engineers with the latest information on power transmission and motion control technology developments. Papers presented in the IFPE 2005 Technical Conference will be published as the Proceedings of the 50th National Conference on Fluid Power (NCFP) to extend the event’s educational value.

The IFPE 2005 Technical Conference will be held in conjunction with the IFPE 2005 International Exposition for Power Transmission, March 15-19, 2005 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. IFPE is North America’s largest exposition and technical conference devoted to hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical power transmission and motion control technologies.

IFPE 2005 is expected to attract 350 exhibitors using 100,000 net square feet of exhibit space. It is co-located with ConExpo-Con/Agg 2005, the world’s largest exposition for the construction and construction materials industries in 2005. The events are expected to draw a combined audience of over 100,000.
