Mississauga, ON — Petro-Canada of Calgary, Alta., has reached an agreement with industrial distributor Canadian Bearings of Mississauga, Ont., to sell its lubricant products in the Greater Toronto Area.

“Working with Canadian Bearings will make our lubricants more widely available to the manufacturing industry,” said Brenda Jones, category manager, general manufacturing, Petro-Canada.

“Canadian Bearings is an established company with an excellent reputation for prompt product delivery and outstanding customer service. Like us, they take the time to understand customers’ manufacturing processes and maintenance practices to help provide cost savings solutions. Together, we will be able to assist manufacturers in addressing their lubricant needs, especially with today’s increasingly demanding performance levels.”

Petro-Canada offers a complete line of lubricants to the general manufacturing industry, with a focus on the plastics, auto parts and machinery sectors. The product line includes Hydrex hydraulic fluids, Calflo AF heat transfer fluid, Ultima gear oils, Accuflo way oils, Precision greases, and a wide selection of compressor fluids.

“Petro-Canada is a leader in developing and providing high-quality lubricants,” said Mike Del Papa, manager, supply chain integration, Canadian Bearings. “Their products are formulated using the purest base oils on the market today, which means longer fluid life, greater equipment protection and smoother performance. That translates into more up-time and ultimately cost savings for our customers.”

Petro-Canada has been using the patented HT purity process for over 25 years to produce 99.9% pure, crystal-clear base oils, the purest in the world. By removing the impurities that hinder the performance of conventional lubricants, Petro-Canada ensures its products retain their fresh oil properties longer. Petro-Canada also blends in specialty additives for even longer fluid and equipment life.
